We're sorry you are having trouble redeeming your HP Tuner Credits. Please fill out our contact form or chat with us directly for help. Please make sure to include your order number and unit serial number (S/N).

Shipping

How quickly do items ship?

Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day, while out-of-stock or built-to-order items ship as soon as available, with lead times noted on the product page. Shipping is free on all orders, high-value orders may require signature delivery to the verified billing address.

Where do your items ship from?

We are a US based company and almost all of our products are shipped from our warehouses in Alabama, Kentucky or Utah for fast and reliable delivery.
